Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Director of Photography in planning and executing the visual style of the production

  • Help manage the camera department, including scheduling and overseeing team members

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the lighting and camera setups are consistent throughout the production

  • Conduct research to gather inspiration and reference materials

  • Assist with the selection and acquisition of camera equipment and accessories

  • Help set up and operate cameras, lenses, and other equipment

  • Assist with camera movement and framing

  • Manage the inventory of camera equipment and ensure that it is properly maintained and stored

  • Work with the production team to ensure that deadlines are met and that the footage is captured effectively

  • Assist with post-production tasks, including color grading and editing

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography or related field

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Cinematographer or in a similar role
